It was lovely to be back at the Battle Library after a year's break. Two great shows with lovely audiences.

Spirits from the past, the present and the spaces between.

Tonight you will take a journey. You will walk the spaces between the shelves, the routes between the worlds of fiction and reality, history and fantasy. You will meet spirits, some pleasant, some melancholic, some joyous, some wise and some utterly malevolent.

South Street Arts Centre nurtures new talent and has been a crucial element in producing new works that have won international awards. It is vital that it be kept open so that Reading remains a vibrant, artistically diverse and exciting place to live.]
